1、 Core structural characteristics (Single Column)
Single column integrated design: The entire row of stops is supported by only one main column/crossbeam, replacing traditional multi column/multi beam structures. The whole machine is more compact, rigid, and easy to install.
Integrated electronic detection: Built in electronic contact/sensing strips (6/8 optional), no mechanical contacts, yarn breakage is triggered by circuit on/off/capacitor induction to stop, with faster response.
LED positioning display: Each warp yarn corresponds to an independent LED indicator light, which accurately lights up and locates when the yarn is broken, eliminating the need for individual inspection and reducing yarn finding time by over 80%.
Lightweight Drop Wires: Comes with high-precision U-shaped/R-shaped drop wires, ensuring uniform weight, smooth drop, and minimal yarn wear.
2、 Electrical and Control Features (LED+Electronic)
Instant yarn breakage detection: The circuit is closed instantly when the needle falls, and the system responds in milliseconds and stops, avoiding yarn breakage, fabric defects, and equipment damage.
LED visualization positioning: The position of the broken yarn corresponds to the LED being constantly on/flashing, supporting multiple breaks to be displayed simultaneously, making it clear at a glance.
Electronic self-test and alarm: automatic detection of circuit, contact strip, LED status upon startup; Sound and light alarm+screen prompt in case of abnormality, easy to troubleshoot.
Suitable for high-speed weaving machines: response speed ≤ 10ms, suitable for 600-1200rpm high-speed shuttleless weaving machines, with extremely low risk of yarn breakage without stopping the machine.
