Mirror chrome plated surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.2 μ m, extremely low friction coefficient, yarn/fabric passes through at high speed without scratching, sticking to rollers, pilling, or generating static electricity.

The elliptical cross-section makes the fabric contact softer and the tension more uniform, avoiding local indentation, wrinkles, and tension fluctuations that are prone to occur with circular rollers.

2. Super wear-resistant and long service life

The hardness of the hard chromium layer is HV800-1000, which is 3-5 times that of ordinary steel. It does not wear, tear, or rust during long-term high-speed friction, greatly reducing the need for roller replacement and downtime.
